How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible. Once design or production has started, cancellation may not be possible. We will try our best to cancel your order if no work has begun.
If your item is NOT personalised/bespoke:
If you have received a non-personalized/bespoke item and want to cancel your order, please repack the item and send it to us at the address stated for returns within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us that you wish to cancel your order and return the product. We recommend using a delivery service with proof of postage. Please note that you will bear the cost of returning the product. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
If your item is personalised/bespoke:
Unfortunately, personalized/bespoke items are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Such items are made to your specific requirements and cannot be resold due to their unique nature. Please check if an item is cancelable before placing an order. Any artwork received will be printed as submitted, so please ensure that the images are of suitable quality for printing. We will not be responsible for poor image resolution or quality.
Pricing Errors:
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or charged at an incorrect price due to a website error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.
Design Proof Policy
At Stickalex, we take pride in delivering high-quality designs to our clients. As part of our design process, we provide mock-up designs to our clients as proofs before finalizing the design.
Once we have sent the mock-up design to the client, it is their responsibility to review the design carefully and provide feedback on any errors or changes that need to be made, including spelling, grammar, and design elements to ensure design is accurate and meets requirements.
If the client approves the design proof without identifying any errors or changes, they accept that the design is final and accurate.
Any changes or corrections required after the design proof has been approved may incur additional charges and may delay the completion of the project.
We cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in the final design that were not identified and brought to our attention during the proofing process. It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review the design proof and notify us of any changes or errors prior to finalizing the design.
By agreeing to work with us and accepting a design proof, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
